In a nutshell, we assess all six areas and then balance them out as best as we can. Studies show that physical exercise improves ADHD symptoms. Routines and organization are essential. What you eat (Intake) is crucial for brain health (spoiler alert: Fat is not an enemy. It’s essential for brain function). Your thoughts (Mental) are important. Your environment can help or hurt you. You need rest (downtime). I combine all this with life coaching and self-help tools.
