What is the PRIMED framework?

I created the PRIMED™ framework after years of trial and error along with extensive research into what helps adults with ADHD thrive.

I’m also trained in evidence-based coaching tools through an ICF-accredited program, which informs everything I offer.

This exclusive framework comprises a six-pillar mind-body balancing system for managing ADHD. By assessing crucial areas, you can pinpoint challenges, make necessary adjustments, and regain control. This distinctive system enables you to optimize your performance, simplifying your life.

PRIMED framework: P stands for exercise. R stands for Routine. I stands for Intake. M stands for mental state and mindfulness. E stands for environment. D stands for downtime.

In a nutshell, we assess all six areas and balance them as effectively as possible. Studies show that physical exercise improves ADHD symptoms. Routines and organization are essential. What you eat (Intake) is crucial for brain health. Your thoughts (Mental) are important. Your environment can either help or hinder you. Rest (downtime) is necessary. I combine all this with life coaching and self-help tools.
